Publication Note:

To be considered for publication, the author should formally submit his/her paper to Professor Cheng-few Lee, along with a submission fee of US$100 (check to be made payable to RQFA). Professor Lee will decide the paper will be published in RQFA, RPBFMP, AFPF, AIAPM or AQAFA in accordance with the reviewerĄ¯s comments. The submission fee should be sent to the following address:
